3.1. Our fees will be communicated to you in advance, and payment terms will be outlined in our engagement letter or agreement.
3.2. You agree to pay all fees and expenses as specified in our engagement letter or invoice. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension of our services.
4.1. We will maintain the confidentiality of all information and documents you provide to us, except as required by law or as otherwise agreed upon by both parties.
4.2. You acknowledge that the confidentiality of electronic communications cannot be guaranteed, and you accept the associated risks.
5.1. We will process your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and our privacy policy.
6.1. We will adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards in the performance of our services.
7.1. We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including loss of profits, arising from our services.
8.1. Either party may terminate our engagement upon written notice to the other party, subject to any obligations specified in our engagement agreement.
9.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
